Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to lead their people centric/positive and customer focused HR team. To be part of the SLT leading by enhancing the people strategy for this fast paced FMCG business. This is an exciting role in which you can make a real and genuine difference.

Supporting employees engagement and delivering/ rolling out various projects and initiatives. Other aspects include; positively leading employee relations and recruitment development support, managing and developing the HR / L&D teams, building positive relationships with unions as well as leading negotiations, promoting and enhancing the HR offering to the business

You should have a positive, warm / personable relationship building, and pragmatic attitude. Constantly developing the offering/enhancing the employee journey. Working on various exciting change projects whilst supporting and leading wellbeing activities

The ideal candidate will have had exposure of the following:-

• Proven people strategy/ project experience including leading and implementing change
• Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, FMCG or similar fast paced (ever-changing) sector experience
• Proven staff management / development experience
• Positive HR partnering experience, coupled with proven relationship building experience (with all levels of stakeholders)
• Have a warm, friendly, engaging, curious and professional attitude….always striving to improve the employee experience
• Must have a clear and genuine passion for people and their career development
• Union exposure
