We’re looking for a Head of Health and Safety to join a thriving software company just outside of Oxford as they continue with their impressive growth plan.

The Role

The Head of Health and Safety, will have strategic ownership for Health and Safety across multiple sites. Leading in the development and implementation of HSE strategy, including overseeing training, policy creation and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

The Head of Health and Safety will be joining one of the country’s most exciting and growing tech companies. They currently design and manufacture electronic parts for the automotive industry, and with partnerships with some big names in the business, this is a great company that is really going places!

What’s required of the Head of Health and Safety? 
 

  • Substantial experience as a Health and Safety Manager within a manufacturing / engineering environment 
  • NEBOSH certified, or equivalent
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and partnering with management teams to train, educate and advise on regulation changes  
  • Chartered status through either IOSH or IIRSM
  • Any experience working within the Automotive industry, or a Tier 1 supplier environment would really set your application apart!
