Head of Fundraising

We're currently representing our client, a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping citizens solve big problems. We're seeking an accomplished Head of Fundraising with a strategic vision, an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief in their vision.

The role is ideal for someone with a track record of building strong relationships, who can confidently represent the organisation to funders and senior stakeholders. You will be used to crafting outstanding quality proposals and conveying complex information in diverse formats tailored to funders distinct needs.

The majority of their funding is currently through philanthropic foundations, but some of our projects will have a public fundraising element. We need someone who has experience of climate action fundraising or democracy fundraising. You'll be able to develop project-specific fundraising strategies and build the capacity of their project teams to deliver them.

This is a senior role within the organisation, working closely with the CEO who understands fundraising, you'll also be supported by an institutional Fundraising Manager. We're looking for someone who has a passion for climate action or democracy and looking to join a growing organisation built on care and trust.
