Head of Finance

A forward-thinking and innovative organisation with a reputation for excellence, my client is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team in Suffolk.

Your new role
Supporting and working closely alongside the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in the business, with key duties encompassing:
- Management, training and development of the finance team
- Responsibility for financial reporting including, statutory, monthly management and flash management accounts
- Cash-flow forecasting and analysis
- Control and procedures review, maintenance and development
- Business partnering with colleagues across the business, including commercial and sales teams
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly board pack
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
- Systems review and improvements.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Finance Leader with a successful track record in a Head of Finance / Financial Controller role and possess strong influencing and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, relationship management and presentation skills will be pivotal.

What you'll get in return
