We are recruiting an exciting Head of Finance Role for a leading Ipswich based Business.

The role is responsible for leading the reporting function and finance for a successful and growing SME business.
Developing systems and possesses
Managing and developing the finance team
Producing monthly packs and board reports
Financial Planning and Analysis
Cashflow forecasting and planning
Supporting the business with as hoc project work

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller/ Head of Finance, looking to take on a pivotal role, balancing the strategic leadership of the department with the hand-on elements of financial reporting.
