Head of Finance - Media Agency
Role: Head of Finance
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 + benefits
Location: Central London (flexible hybrid working)
TalentEdge are currently working with an extremely exciting media agency who are looking to hire a Head of Finance to join their high-growth finance team during this period of exciting expansion.
This is a fantastic senior finance opportunity for any candidates looking to take the next step in their finance career, to learn from a dynamic Finance Director and Managing Director and lead financial operations for their UK function.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Business partnering across with organization with both financial and non-financial stakeholders including working directly with the Managing Director
- Prepare and manage the UK & US budget and prepare the UK and US monthly management accounts
- Create and deliver annual business plans
- Providing detailed analysis and revenue reporting for key finance stakeholders
- Producing monthly board pack information with analysis as well as monthly revenue forecasts
- Preparing P&L and revenue dashboard for key business stakeholders in line with reforecast
- Producing full year budget and forecasts
- Revenue and profitability analysis and forecasting including contract reviews
- Prepare consolidated Group Accounts and cash reporting
- Line management of junior staff
The Ideal Person:
- Qualified accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Experience within the media / marketing services sector (preferable)
- Paprika systems experience (preferable)
- Excellent technical finance experience is essential
- A proven track record of supporting business growth
- A proven track record of mentoring and developing junior reports
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both senior and junior stakeholders
