Are you an experienced SaaS Sales Leader, with both management experience and a proven track record of closing significant 7-figure Enterprise deals?

I've been engaged by a PE-backed SaaS business, based in the West Midlands, who have developed an onboarding & payroll solution, which they currently sell into the last mile logistics sector.  They're a cracking company to work for, demonstrated by their "Great Place to Work" awards for 3 consecutive years.  This is a newly-created, strategic role, reporting directly into the CEO, which will focus on developing their Enterprise sales capability.

You'll have autonomy over the enterprise sales strategy, which an emphasis on securing new wins within the logistics sector (where they have no direct competition) - as well as considering alternative complimentary sectors that could benefit from their solution.  Whilst you will also have responsibility for recruiting & managing your own sales team, this role will begin life as an individual contributor role, so you'll need to be comfortable with carrying your own quota, while the enterprise business grows.

In terms of ideal profile fit, we're looking for someone who has a proven track record of developing & closing an Enterprise sales pipeline - ideally within a PE-backed SaaS business.  You will also have recruited & managed a successful sales team & be MEDDIC / MEDDPICC sales trained.

Salary: £120k basic + double OTE (uncapped) + private medical (yourself & family included) + £50/month gym membership contribution.
