The Role:

We are working with an Enterprise SaaS EdTech based in London. The company has created a bespoke platform and additionally creates ongoing content and interactions for their E-Learning function. The client is looking for a Head of Engineering to take control of strategy, vision and delivery of the companies engineering function.

They are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering with startup / scaleup experience who will take control of the existing 12 staff engineering team, and who is looking for an exciting new challenge.

Required Experience:

?? Extensive commercial experience within a senior management technology position

?? Experience working within a SaaS business

?? Up to date technical knowledge around C# .Net, ASP.NET, .Net Core, AWS DevOps (and associated technologies), TypeScript, Angular, JavaScript etC

?? Proven track record scaling teams up to 30+ heads

?? Experience defining strategic direction, best practise etc

?? Experience working within an EdTech / E-Learning is highly desirable (however any experience growing technology teams within tech first focused environments is great)

The Package:

? Salary range: £100,000 - £150,000

? 10% Annual Bonus

Working Set-Up:

Hybrid working in the London office at least once per week (however more is welcome)

Interview Process:

1?? Introductory conversation with COO

2?? In-depth technical chat with the Senior members of the Engineering team and CTO

3?? Final conversation with CEO and CTO
