Position: Head of Employment Law 

Location: Manchester(Remote work possible)

Overview:

A reputable Northwest law firm with offices in across Manchester and Cheshire are seeking an experienced Head of Employment Law to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong client connections, ensuring satisfaction.
  2. Digital Innovation: Lead-class action claim work, advancing digital offerings, and client portal.
  3. Business Development: Pitch for new clients, contribute to national strategy, and expand the employment team's portfolio.
  4. Team Building: Build and lead a team to support national expansion, considering partial or full team moves.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualifications: Qualified solicitor with significant employment law and HR experience.
  • Skills: Strong relationship management, commercial awareness, leadership, and innovative thinking.
  • Adaptability: Open to partial/full team moves, driven for personal and team success.
