Head of Early Years (Female) for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Early Years to lead our Early Years for our department with creativity, innovation, and dedication. As the Head of Early Years, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional educational experiences for our youngest learners, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their academic journey.

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management, inspire and manage our small team of dedicated Early Years educators to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
2. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive and progressive Early Years curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, ensuring alignment with best practices and educational standards.
3. Pedagogical Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, promoting innovative and research-based approaches to early childhood education.
4. Child-Centered Approach: Champion a child-centred approach to learning, where each child's individual strengths, interests, and needs are recognized and supported.
5. Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and families, providing regular communication, support, and opportunities for involvement in their child's education.
6. Professional Development: Support the ongoing professional development of Early Years staff, providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, maintaining high-quality provision and safeguarding the well-being of all children.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
3. Proven experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting, preferably within a similar educational environment for a minimum of 5 years.
4. Deep understanding of early childhood development theories, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
6. Strong leadership and management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach.
7. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
