Head of Digital Performance

Elevation are the retained partners to a leading consumer goods & online retailer in Yorkshire as we recruit a brand new Head of Digital Performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the digital performance strategy, optimising digital channels, and delivering measurable results across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Digital Performance Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive digital performance strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to measure success.
• Optimise Digital Channels: Lead the optimisation efforts across all digital channels including but not limited to search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising. Continuously monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes. Analyse performance metrics, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise digital campaigns accordingly.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROI.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance optimisation and analytics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital performance strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics GA4
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
