One of Salts long standing clients within the FinTech space are currently on the hunt for a Head of Digital Marketing to join their senior leadership team to help with their continued growth!

They are an award-winning FinTech scale-up who support and give financial transparancy & control to small size businesses.

With over 100,000 customers, this role will be to lead on their marketing strategies to grow and engage their community.

This role is 3 days per week in the central London office and 2 working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build campaigns around trending topics to amplify their reach
  • Championing consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels
  • Tracking and measuring ROI between channels and conversion metrics
  • Build a connection with small business customers and topics they are interested in
  • Planning and supporting the execution of nurture campaigns, sponsored social media, web SEO/SEM and display advertising
  • Owning the website to improve usability for their customers and conversion
  • Leading on their acquisition, community and product marketing strategies
  • Creating processes, templates and structure to execute on your strategies
  • Managing work streams within the marketing team and getting involved in the day-to-day.
  • Setting, tracking and forecasting your budget across multiple digital channels
  • Run live sessions with partners, media or influencers in their industry
  • Planning and supporting the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns; including events.

Requirements:

  • Must have solid relevant & recent start-up / scale-up experience for a SaaS or B2B tech product or service.
  • Must have experience targeting SMALL size businesses.
  • Around 7+ years' experience in Digital Marketing (B2B)
  • Have managed a team and/or significant budgets
  • Experience in the accounting or business finance industry would be a plus
  • Experience in building successful email campaigns e.g. Pardot and Salesforce
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Paid Search and Paid Media
  • Knowledge of running marketing database, segmentation and personalisation
  • A passion for content and inbound marketing (side romance with brand and social encouraged)
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools eg Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Intercom
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Nice to have an understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement
