Head of Digital Marketing

This is a hybrid/remote role working for Lawfront. 

A fantastic opportunity has been created for an experienced candidate to join the Lawfront group as Head of Digital Marketing – playing a pivotal role in the driving the digital acquisition strategy for Lawfront.

This position involves overseeing all digital marketing activities across the Lawfront firms to attract new clients, enhance brand visibility, and optimize client retention. Our strategy is to provide central technical expertise and infrastructure while maintaining regional operating brands and service delivery.

The successful candidate will lead a small team and collaborate closely with individual firms’ Marketing Heads and Practice Heads to achieve Lawfront’s growth objectives.

<u>Professional Experience</u>

Successful candidates must have prior experience in business or progressional services, working in a BRB tech environment, as well as using marketing automation tools (including Hubspot, Eloqua and Marketo) to streamline campaigns and enhance customer interactions.

•  Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: A love for data, with the ability to interpret multiple data sources and derive actionable insights. Possesses a keen analytical mindset, always seeking opportunities to optimize conversion funnels and improve performance metrics.

  Influencer: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to confidently engage with management and other stakeholders.

Strategic Thinker: Able to develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with Lawfront’s objectives.

Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes, tracking key metrics, and reporting on progress.

<u>Principal Responsibilities</u>

To develop and execute the digital marketing strategy and identify techniques, channels, and optimisations to exceed marketing targets.

Communicate, lead, nurture and motivate a small team of digital experts, whilst collaborating with regional firm marketing teams.

To support website architecture, improve website usability and load time alongside generating data to monitor operational effectiveness and ROI.

Increasing visibility of regional firm’s brand image and reputation with the ability to target geographic locations through various advertising and content strategies.

Lead on the drive of website traffic, optimising the firm’s website, content marketing and social media advertising.
