If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Head of Donor Management position we're currently recruiting for.
We are working with a leading charity that aims to fight blood cancer who are currently recruiting for an experienced manager to lead two existing teams of 7 that fall under their donor management department. Currently, we're recruiting for 2 additional team members to join this department, and over the next 2 - 3 years, they're looking to grow this team to 22.
If you experience in the medical or charity field, it would be advantageous, but most importantly we are looking for an exceptional people manager.
As Head of Donor Management, you will be involved in:
Team management, leadership and development
Contract management and stakeholder relationships and
Quality improvement and compliance
There will be elements of travel in this role, and we imagine it'll total to be 3 - 4 weeks across the year, both nationally and internationally. Initially, once settled into the business, you will travel to their office in Germany for two weeks of training. The other travel will be with the purpose of attending conferences and events, as well as for stakeholder relationship management purposes and you'll be visiting clinics, donor centres and hospitals.
You will be reporting into a very successful, highly supportive Director within the company.
