We are looking for a talented Head of Data & Analytics that can drive forward the data insight andf reporting across the business. This is a key role as you will ensure everyone can use and create value from data throughout our European offices

This fantastic opportunity requires someone who is passionate about Data and have the ability to motivate a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Data & Analytics:

• Develop and lead a strategy to enable users to self-serve and create benefit from data
• Grown and manage the data analytics team
• Partner with IT Functions to drive improvement in data quality and consistency
• Ensure all data sets are captured, stored and retrievable
• Further development of analytical tools and provisioning of data into these tools - Tableau and BI
• Work closely with key areas of the business such as financial strategy and sales to provide operational performance metrics
• Lead communications within the business on bringing data to life
• Providing key insights

Experience you’ll bring:

• Previous experience of leadership
• Understanding of working with large amounts of complex data and
• Experience of working independently and to a high level of accuracy
• Highly organised and structured in planning and execution of responsibilities
• Ability to build networks across departments and countries
• Knowledge of data architecture concepts such as database systems, data leaks etc
• Data warehouse experience
• SQL experience
• Tableau experience
