Looking for your next big finance role? We've got something special brewing here. We need a savvy finance leader to step into the shoes of our Head of Cost - Business Partnering. This role is all about managing the cost base of the UK business and making sure every penny counts.

About You:

You're no stranger to the finance game, and you thrive in high-pressure environments. You're comfortable rubbing elbows with top-tier business leaders and know how to get your point across. Efficiency is your middle name, and you're all about helping businesses run like well-oiled machines.

What You'll Do:

As the Head of Cost - Business Partnering, you'll be the go-to person for all things finance in the UK operation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead a team of 4 finance business partners. Together, you'll dive deep into the cost base, crunching numbers, and finding ways to streamline our operations. You'll be the driving force behind our budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.

The majority of cost sits in the IT/Tech space, so it's really important you have experience in this area of cost management.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• You're a fully qualified Accountant with a solid track record in FP&A.
• You've got experience leading finance teams and know your way around a month-end close.
• Large corporate experience? Check. Tech or regulated environment? Even better.
• You're a pro at presenting complex financial data to senior leaders.
• Efficiency is your game, and you've got the wins to prove it.
• You're all about fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Change doesn't faze you - you're all about embracing new ideas and pushing boundaries.

Desirable:

• Exposure to US GAAP
• Familiarity with systems like Workday, Google suite, or Oracle
