SEVERAL Exciting Opportunities: Heads of Compliance (SMF16 and SMF17) UK Based FinTech's
London and surrounding Hydrid roles

As the Head of Compliance (SMF16 and SMF17), you will lead the compliance function and drive regulatory excellence within our client's organisation. This role requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks tailored to fintech environments and start-ups

-Assume the SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) functions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
-Develop and implement robust compliance policies, procedures, and controls aligned with industry best practices.
-Conduct risk assessments and oversee compliance monitoring programs.
-Stay updated with regulatory developments and lead regulatory interactions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business processes.
-Provide compliance training and guidance to employees at all levels.
-Lead and oversee regulatory audits and examinations.
Requirements:

-Recent experience in a similar compliance leadership role within a fintech or start-up environment.
-Proven track record of holding SMF16 and SMF17 responsibilities.
-Deep knowledge of UK financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR.
-Hands-on and proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
