Head of Commercial | £80,000 + Bonus + LTIP | Preston | Private Equity Backed Services Business

Axon Moore has partnered with a leading private equity backed services business near Preston (with good links to the motorway) to hire a new Head of Commercial.

My client is growing quickly, with year on year double digit growth, they’re highly acquisitive and are winning significant contracts with both new and existing clients. They’re moving quickly and expect to sell the business within the space of a few short years.

As Head of Commercial, this role will attract a shares based LTIP scheme which is awarded on a meritocratic basis as they build towards an exit. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate from FP&A, Commercial Finance, or analytics, to step up and move towards becoming a director in the near future post-exit.

Key criteria for this role:
  • Strong management skills (will manage a high performing team of analysts and managers across multiple sites)
  • Proven commercial experience. Ideally a track record of delivering tangible value to a business.
  • Either ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or from a contracts background
  • Experience with contract based work is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with M&A or the roll out of new systems is also beneficial

This is certainly a progressive role and great opportunity for a candidate wishing to take their next step up in their career. For more information please submit an application or contact Dan Calland at Axon Moore’s Lancashire office.
