Location: Dubai, Hybrid - home and office

Salary: $100,000 + 50% on target commission

Quest is recruiting for an international business that is setting up in the GCC / Middle East. This training and wellbeing business is a renowned brand dedicated to transformation and empowering companies and institutions. They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help launch the company into this market, and seek someone who is committed and passionate about enhancing wellbeing and business performance.

As a business development professional this will be an exceptional opportunity to enact real corporate change across the UAE and wide Middle East. As part of a global team, you will be pivotal in establishing the company's presence from Dubai , shaping strategies, building relationships, fostering partnerships, and integrating transformative solutions into companies, initially though coaching and training solution at Board, C level or with HR Directors.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop and execute strategic plans to establish the company as a premier provider of corporate training and wellness solutions in Dubai and the broader GCC region.

·Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, market segments, and potential clients for corporate wellness programs.

·Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, HR professionals, and wellness advocates in target organizations and government departments.

·Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring alignment on terms, pricing, and deliverables.

·Collaborate with internal teams to tailor wellness offerings and ensure seamless delivery.

·Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations in corporate wellness for enhanced competitiveness.

·Represent the brand at industry events to showcase expertise and foster partnerships.

·Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

·Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in roles encompassing business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the HR services and solution sector, specifically training and coaching.

·Proficiency in navigating the corporate landscape of the UAE and the broader GCC region, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of board / C level requirements fo their personal and strategic development.

·Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of effectively managing contracts.

·Proven ability to drive results, meeting and surpassing sales targets while fostering revenue growth.

This role would be a major career step forward, for the right person, capable of starting up an overseas branch of an international, mission led, company.
