Our client is an impressive luxury clothing retail brand that started over 20 years ago and has multiple stores across the London region. They are experiencing impressive growth and now looking to Hire an experienced Head of Brand an Content Marketing to join their team and report directly to the CEO.

JOB PURPOSE:

Manage, develop and drive the success of our branded content and brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve our business growth. The Brand Marketing and Content Manager will author content, develop and manage the marketing strategies to maximise sales and brand exposure. Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASURES:

  • Be personally responsible for creating compelling branded and product content in all forms (video, photo, written etc) to enrich and develop our touch points with customers.
  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns,
  • Develop and manage the annual brand marketing plan to
  • Manage all photoshoots, publications and windows.
  • Manage the PR relationship and output within the UK and UAE.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement an integrated marketing plan(s).
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyse brand marketing campaign performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in brand marketing
  • Manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Build relationships with key influencers and set and deliver an influencer strategy.
  • Work with our supply base in order to identify new opportunities to promote products and unique points of difference.

KEY SKILLS:

  • A passion for retail and customer-centric approach to marketing.
  • Very strong creative/content writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels, visual merchandising, and customer experience best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective and creative marketing strategies and drive footfall, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems and drive innovation.
