Axon Moore is pleased to be working in partnership with an ever-growing entrepreneurial company as they recruit for a Head of Billing on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for someone highly experienced to take ownership of this area.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Leading their small billings team to deliver monthly bill run on time and accurately
• Managing and processing both Call/Service data records from our suppliers
• Checking supplier invoices tally with data received & raising supplier claim
• Liaising with other depts to ensure and improve accuracy of billing
• Proactively drive improvement, adopting latest technology to increase accuracy/efficiency of bill run
• Working on changes to prevent future billing queries, through development of our invoice presentation, additional reports, and access to the customer billing portal
• Liaise and build relationship with third party bureau
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure continued development

Required skills, knowledge and experience
• Previous experience in a similar senior billings role
• Proven track record of being able to identify areas for improvement and role out change
• Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Good IT and Excel skills
• Team player
• Good level of resilience

Benefits/Package:
• Salary £45-£55k
• 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
• Monday – Friday with flex working (8-4 or 9-5 with 1 hour lunch) – 35 hours
• Hybrid working - 2 days working from home
