I am looking for a Head of Architecture / Principle Engineering Lead for a 6 month contract with my client.
The technology the team is working with is Ruby, Typescript and AWS so hands on experience with these is vital!
The ideal candidate must have
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Ruby, Typescript, and AWS, and the ability to guide and grow a team working within this stack.
  • The ability to think strategically and create a long-term vision for the technology architecture.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to build consensus across various stakeholder groups.
