HEAD OF ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS - LONDON

UP TO £80,000

THE COMPANY

I am supporting a tech-driven platform on a key Head of position.

THE ROLE

The successful Head of Analytics & Insights responsibilities will include:

  • Formulate and execute a robust data strategy, ensuring that data insights are pivotal in steering organisational decisions
  • Forge and lead a proficient data and analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous growth
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales integrating data-driven insights into product improvements, marketing endeavours, and business strategies
  • Implement KPI's to understand the performance of platform, products, and initiatives' efficacy
  • Ensure tight alignment between the Product Analyst and the Product team, pinpointing avenues for further product optimisation
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate forthcoming trends and user behaviour

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Head of Analytics & Insights will have the following skills and experience:

  • Commercial experience with SQL, GA4 & Power BI
  • Background in Customer/Marketing/Digital Analytics
  • Background in line management
  • Ability to influence stakeholders

THE BENEFITS

The successful Head of Analytics & Insights will receive a salary of up to £80,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
