Job Title: Head of Managed accounts

Location: Stourbridge / hybrid

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £55k

Are you a dynamic leader ready to drive an account management team to new heights? Our client is seeking a motivated individual with a blend of technical skills and strategic vision to take on this pivotal role.

As the Head of Managed Accounts, you'll be at the forefront of managing client portfolios, fostering relationships, and spearheading revenue growth as well as leading sustainable change within our team while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Account Management team to success, ensuring compliance and fostering client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products/services based on client feedback and industry trends.
  • Review and enhance departmental strategies, including sales messaging and customer journey.
  • Establish data collection processes to monitor account health and suggest tactical responses.
  • Coach and develop team members, ensuring their success through regular performance reviews.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to guide continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Commercially minded individual with strong forecasting and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Resilient project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Previous experience in line management or coaching junior professionals is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
  • Demonstrated success in account management, preferably in waste management or facilities management sectors.
