Head Marketing

REED Marketing and Creative are working with a well known hospitality brand who are on the lookout for a Head of Marketing for the busy department!

This opportunity is to really run a multitude of campaigns across various brands and channels to appeal to a lot of different audiences and customers! You will also be responsible for managing a small team.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for strategy input and rollout, campaign management and team development and management.

Some of the duties include:

• Ownership of marketing strategy across multiple brands
• Team management
• Content creation, campaign management and ideas and planning
• Preparing proposals and also reporting to Board
• Mostly online activity with some offline (brochures, leaflets etc)

We are really looking for someone who can manage a variety of campaigns across lots of areas and marketing to very different audiences!

We are looking for someone who has generalist experience across a multitude of duties within marketing. You will be confident in your ability to make decisions and to influence others to achieve success within marketing. You will be a self starter who is commercially savvy and able to work with multiple deadlines.

In return you get support from the wider business. Salary is circa £52k plus additional benefits. Hybrid working will be on offer too.
