The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to budget management and team leadership. Your creativity and culinary expertise will be instrumental in elevating their dining experiences to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus that cater to the nutritional requirements of athletes and the preferences of diverse stakeholders.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in all culinary offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of kitchen staff to deliver consistently exceptional results.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and procurement to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume and dynamic environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for innovation, with a keen understanding of nutritional needs for athletes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are advantageous.
