Tonic are recruiting a Head Chef for our client's unique restaurant and bar in Birmingham City Centre. The menu offers modern, casual dining with a real focus on quality. You’ll need experience within high volume, managing big teams and overseeing busy services!
What are we looking for in successful Head Chef candidates?
- Excellent length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
- At least three years at Head Chef or Executive Head Chef level
- Fully accountable for your department’s performance
- Fantastic people management skills
- Someone who strives for perfection
- A collaborative, positive and engaging personality
- Experience with high volume, big numbers, and real quality
- A chef who understands current and emerging trends
