We are working with an amazing Venue in Central London and looking for a Head Chef for the staff restaurant. This will be a Monday to Friday role with a very occasional weekend which may be required so flexibility is essential. It will mostly be day shifts.

The Head Chef will lead a brigade of 10 Chefs plus KP's and a lot of the team have been in place for many years. The role is available due to an internal promotion. You will cater for around 350-500 on a daily basis through breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We are looking for an Experienced Head Chef with great food knowledge and high standards. You will have the opportunity to make this your own through menu design, Specials, Theme days and team development.

You will need to demonstrate a solid career catering for high end clients or customers and have led large teams before. A background from a Corporate Contract Catering Kitchen in a Blue Chip B&I setting

The Head Chef will have a good budget to work with and you will liaise with t e best suppliers around. A good knowledge of Allergens. H&S and Costings are a necessity for this position.
