We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join a well-known, prestigious Italian restaurant offering an unforgettable fine- dining experience in West London.

The restaurant not only offers fantastic food but also an award-winning wine list. The food is authentic Italian with a modern flair.

The restaurant is in a beautiful part of London with easily accessible transport links. The interior is smart and elegant with a sophisticated feel to match the beautiful, sophisticated food.

We are seeing a highly experienced head chef that has a wealth of experience serving Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities:

As the Head Chef you will be responsible for creating the menus, the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food. You will manage daily kitchen activities, oversee the day to day running of the kitchen. Mange, lead and motivate team.

  • Excellent Italian cooking skills.
  • An understanding of produce and ingredients.
  • The ability to write menus that are both creative and profitable.
  • Proven management skills.
  • Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders

Competitive salary - £75,000 - £85,000
