Job Posting: Head Chef - Hotel - 2 x AA Rosettes and Michelin Guide-listed
Location - Cardiff
Salary - £45k Plus service charge
 
You will be a dynamic, confident and ambitious Chef who is standards driven, strives for perfection and has a genuine drive and ambition.
 
This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who has been either in charge and wants to move to a hotel or a number two in such a restaurant and would like to take on a challenge.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional culinary output.
  • Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our clientele.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale Michelin restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
