£45,000 pa - Monday to Friday - 07.30-4pm

Purpose of Role

Working in an amazing state of the art building near Oxford, the Head Chef will overseethe day to to day operations of the kitchen, along with managing the food preparation staff and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities will include planning 3 course lunches for the staff restaurant and on site hospitality events, menu planning, plus overseeing purchasing, ensuring health and safety and strict adherence to food hygiene procedures

Essential Requirements:

  • Very good previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
  • Experience of overseeing the day to day operations of a commercial kitchen
  • Experience of planning 3 course lunches and food for hospitality events
  • You must have a recognised food or catering qualification
  • Oxford area

£45K per annum, Days, Monday to Friday, Permanent
