Our client who are one of the leading contract caterers in London are looking for a Head Chef to run one of their premium sites covering hospitality & retail. This is an amazing opportunity for a talented & ambitious individual who has strong fine dining experience within Michelin starred restaurants or 5 star hotels as well as previous experience working with a retail environment.

As the Head Chef on this contract, you will need to be engaging, personable and have the ability to build relationships. The role includes fine dining, canape events, bowl food and retail and you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 Chefs, so strong man management skills are essential.

With an incredibly demanding client who expects the best, there is no margin for error & with last minute changes to daily events you will need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to think on the spot with a creative mind and strong knowledge of the latest food trends.
