JOB TITLE: Hardware Design Engineer
JOB LOCATION: Sutton-In-Ashfield
SALARY: £neg
DURATION: Permanent
HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week
SHIFTS: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
START DATE: ASAP

Our client is a market leader is electronic design, manufacture and repair. Consistently innovating and delivering various electronic equipment, which is fitted into transport vehicles, ensuring the UK and further overseas keeps moving.

Job Overview:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all Hardware engineering design for a range of electronic systems, being held accountable for on-time delivery and correct specification and quality standards
* Deliver cost efficient Hardware engineering designs in line with agreed budget
* Ensure best practice Hardware engineering standards are applied with specific focus and consideration on obsolescence management
* Ensuring right-first-time, efficiency and service KPIs are consistently achieved

The Right Candidate:
* A good understanding of Electronics hardware design principles together with HSE and quality
* Qualified to a minimum of BSc or equivalent in Electronics Engineering
* Knowledge of PCBs would be advantageous
