Druce & Co (International) is a global residential real estate agency renowned for delivering a personalised and tailored approach to clients embarking on their local or international property investment journey.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable in- house handyman to join our Property Management team. You will be responsible for the upkeep and repair duties for our 6 offices in West London and will be solely responsible to respond to all maintenance requests put forward by our residential Property Management team in our valued clients properties.

To be effective, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service and time- keeping skills.

You will be an excellent ambasador to Druce and will ensure you communicate to both external and internal stakeholders in a friendly, responsive, and professional manner.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks including painting, replacing light bulbs, repairing minor leaks, replacing locks, sealant and grouting, installing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and any other repairs as specified by the Property Management team.
  • Perform repairs on company equipment, property and any other repairs required for our Druce offices.
  • Sending daily updates on your outstanding jobs to the Property Management team.
  • Raising invoices through our Internal systems in a timely manner
  • Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns.
  • Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers.

Person Specification / Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Able to use outlook and respond to emails and communication in a timely manner.
  • Microsoft proficient
  • Driving licence required

Working hours

  • Monday- Thursday 9.00am- 6.00pm
  • Friday- 9.0am- 5.00pm
