Job Title: Handyman / Handyperson
Location: East Sussex ( Eastbourne, Bexill, Camber, Hastings)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Salary: £25000 - £27,000 per annum

Full UK Driving Licence is required

Job Description:

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled handyman to join our team at several sites across East Sussex.

You will be part of an incredible team known for its hands-on approach and commitment to making a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices and conducting general maintenance.
• Carry out repair and reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance (PPM) work across all areas on the site, including problem diagnostics when necessary.
• Ensure all tools are well-maintained and securely stored.
• Hands-on team player with skills in minor joinery and plumbing work, painting, wall filling, and DIY.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and colleagues.
