Our client, the UK's leading Catering Service Provider based in the heart of the Financial District have the commitment to excellence and a passion for culinary innovation, they strive to exceed the expectations of their clients and customers every day.
Based in their Central/Head office , the Client Experience Trainer will play a crucial role in embedding our values of quality and ensuring that every member of their team is equipped with the skills and mindset to uphold their standards of excellence.
As a Client Experience Trainer, you will be instrumental in leading and delivering training initiatives that empower their staff members to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to all their clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver workshops and training sessions across the business that cover various aspects of client and customer experience, including communication skills, problem-solving techniques, and product knowledge.
- Actively gain customer feedback, and provide constructive feedback & identify areas for improvement and implement innovative approaches to their training strategies.
- Lead by example in upholding the highest standards of customer service & client care and be an Ambassador of their brands ethos.
- Collaborate with various departments to create exiting training initiatives ensuring that the client experience remains paramount every time and align with their goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a training or leadership role within the catering or hospitality industry is preferred.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the commitment to placing their clients experience at the forefront of all efforts.
- Strong communication & presentation skills, and the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- A creative thinker who is always looking for opportunities to innovate and enhance the client experience.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team with a “can-do attitude”.
