Our client was founded in 2020, they are a fully remote, four-day work week, creative content and digital marketing agency based out of the UK that specialises in driving resilient growth for mission-driven brands.

Their clients are B2B SaaS startups in the spaces of HR Tech, Fintech, and Health Tech, Tech for Good companies, and Nonprofits/Charities. We have a strong presence in the US market and we're steadily growing our footprint in the UK/EU.

As an agency, we specialise in branding, website builds, and combining brilliant content with multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive results for our clients.

The Particulars

Full-Time: You’ll be the growth marketing lead for the agency working across multiple client accounts.

Remote: Work how and where you want.

  • hours are 9am - 6pm UK time (BST/GMT)

Compensation: £40-50k/year. (That is what you get for 4 Days work !!)

Days: 4-Day work week. (Summer Fridays — all year round.)

Learning: Access to upskilling resources in digital marketing & beyond.

Team: Work with a cool, smart, funny, truly diverse (like, for real) team.

The Role

As the agency’s Growth Marketer, this is how you will fit into that lifecycle and what your typical day to day work will look like:

  • Strategy

  • Content + Distribution (This is a Key Area )
  • Performance Marketing
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • You are a digital marketing nerd who stays up to date with the latest growth marketing trends and techniques.
  • You are a generalist who deeply understands every channel of digital marketing and the best situations to deploy them to drive the most impact.
  • You are results-orientated and a data wizard.
  • love to experiment and iterate on success. We want to keep constantly push the boundaries of ROI for clients and go from good to great on every engagement.
  • You know what great content and storytelling looks like across every channel and domain.
  • You are an amazing researcher.
