Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a PE-backed, high-growth technology/software organisation on their hire for a permanent Group Reporting Manager to join the team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are interested in gaining a breadth of exposure in a PE-backed environment with ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years.

This role requires one day a week in London offices and the rest working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Group Financial controller
  • Own and manage internal and external reporting processes
  • Lease accounting, revenue recognition etc.
  • Monthly consolidation of all regions and intercompany reconciliation via NetSuite
  • Debt management
  • Work closely with the Tax Manager
  • Audit - manage the group’s external auditors regarding the statutory accounts process
  • Excellent technical knowledge base in IFRS and FRS 101/102.
  • Monthly consolidation of all regions and intercompany reconciliation and elimination
  • Project work: M&A activities, process improvement, internal controls, projects related to NetSuite and PowerBI

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant such as ACA, ACCA, CIPFA or equivalent international qualification with ideally 1-2 years PQE within the industry
  • Experience with multi-currency consolidations (EMEA/USA/India)
  • NetSuite will be advantageous
  • Technical accounting background including IFRS 3 and IFRS 2
  • Exceptional business partnering and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work with a proactive and autonomous nature
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced, adaptable manner
