Role

The HR Operations Group Project Manager will report directly into the HR Operations Director.

• Working with the HR Operations Director and the Operations Leaders to develop an HR strategy for Operations, consistent with the overall Group HR strategy

• Supporting the HR Operations Director and the Plant HRBPs to ensure that the strategy is timely and correctly deployed across all Plants and the Operations central functions• Planning and structuring initiatives/projects, engaging with the SMEs, managing the accountabilities of stakeholders and the deadlines. They will also regularly present progress reports and prepare and present presentations for different audiences to inform and engage them with the initiatives/projects

• Representing as needed the HR Operations Director in activities across the organization and in ad hoc meetings • supporting the correct deployment of all key HR processes

• Becoming a trusted partner for the HRBPs in the plant and supporting them in their engagements with HR Centres of Expertise and the rest of the Group HR Leadership, working in constant alignment with the HR Operations Director

Key actions will be

• Plan and manage projects from start to finish on HR Operations areas across the UK plants

• Fully engage key stakeholders that are central to the success of the projects, (line managers, employees, HRBPs across all sites, HR CoEs)

• Operate with a continuous improvement mindset and challenge peers and line managers as appropriate.

• Understand and plan for the economic impact made by key decisions and projects

• Constantly read the business priorities from a HR lense and implement agreed projects with care for the impact on people

• Travel to UK sites as required by the role

Experience and/or qualifications

• Degree educated with minimum of 5 years experience

• Project management certificate desirable

• Ideally a former consultant with exposure to HR projects

• Experience of M&A
