Manufacturing company looking to recruit a Group Marketing Manager due to significant growth over the last 2 years. This role will offer an incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic privately owned business to deliver strong marketing leadership within several different business divisions.

What will you do as Group Marketing Manager?

• Developing the marketing strategy and plans for the individual Group businesses
• Defining and managing all marketing spend across all Group businesses
• Working closely with the Sales Directors to develop new growth opportunities
• Providing guidance and support to the wider marketing team in implementing the marketing plans
• Driving greater levels of digital capability amongst the team
• Providing detailed analysis of the ongoing impact and performance of the marketing function

What do you need as Group Marketing Manager?

• Experience in a senior marketing role within a manufacturing/engineering environment
• CIM Diploma or equivalent and motivated by continuing professional development
• Demonstrable experience in managing people and workflow
• Ability to lead a team and willing to deliver tactical marketing plans
• Experience of working closely with sales and commercial teams
• Ideally worked in a business with multiple divisions and brands
