Tonic are assisting our client's search for a talented, driven, passionate and knowledgable Group HR Director to join this exciting and varied hospitality group. You will be joining a dynamic business that have a varied portfolio across the UK and Europe. The plans are to continue to grow so experience of leading a group through growth would be advantageous. This will suit a high energy HR Director that can really set the tone of the culture within the group.

What qualities and experience are we looking for in the successful Group HR Director?

  • You will have experience in a quality, fresh-food, fast-paced restaurants and hotels. Hospitality must run through your veins
  • Previous experience as a Group People Director/HR Director
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • Candidates must be driven, ambitious, and committed to their careers. They must see the long-term opportunity of working in this business
  • Experience of affecting change
  • A genuine passion for developing a team
