Group FP&A Analyst | Up to £53,300 + Amazing Benefits | London | Permanent, Hybrid

For a large international organisation, we are recruiting a Group FP&A Analyst. Reporting to the Group Planning and Reporting Manager, the Group FP&A Analyst will support all management information activities and delivering planning and forecasting cycles at Group level. This role will suit someone with strong group level FP&A experience, delivering to tight timetables, and someone who has strong experience working in complex international structures.

Main Duties:

  • Provide financial planning and management reporting to all stakeholders at Group level in the UK, Regions, and externally.
  • Deliver monthly management MI reports, delivery and coordination of annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly re-forecasts, balance sheet and cashflow forecasting, tracking, and reporting on KPIs
  • Support in preparing reports for Board of trustees, SLT and external stakeholders
  • Financial analysis, and ad-hoc modelling on trends to support decision making
  • Continuous improvement of monthly close, quality of analysis, and forecasting accuracy
  • Contribute to development and implementation of a new planning and reporting system
  • Work closely with Shared Service Centre FP&A team, and global FP&A stakeholders

Person Specification:

  • CCAB qualified or Finalist
  • Experience providing FP&A finance support at Group level
  • Experience of managing annual planning and reporting coordination
  • Variance analysis and reporting at Group level
  • Ability to consolidate budgets, forecasts, and annual plans at group level
  • Experience of working in international and multi-cultural organisations
  • Strong Excel, report writing and presentation skills; SAP experience.
  • Implementation of new planning and reporting tools
