We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to lead our Accounting & Finance department. This role requires a hands-on approach to financial management, business planning, and regulatory compliance.

Description

• Lead the Accounting & Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting, business planning, and financial forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial laws
• Manage the company's cash flow and financial risk
• Work closely with other departments to support strategic decision making
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial control
• Coordinate with external auditors to conduct annual audit
• Provide financial advice to the management team

Profile

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Experience working within an SME
• Strong US knowledge or experience working within a US business
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
