Group Finance Manager

HW People have been exclusively retained by a fast growing, Private Equity backed professional services client who are looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager as part of their strategic goals.

Reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller you will have the opportunity to manage a team of 6. Ideally you will have strong project management expertise, as well as experience of using or implementing large scale consolidation systems with diverse subsidiaries of multiple companies.

Ideally you will have proven experience as a Group Finance Manager and will be the main point of contact for auditors as well as streamlining and improving financial processes to increase efficiency of reporting and share best practice. A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is preferred and qualified in either ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

Salary £75,000 (with flex for the right candidate)

Hybrid working 3 days pw onsite
