Group Finance Manager : Permanent : Up to £65,000pa : Northampton: Hybrid

Morgan McKinley, Northern Home Counties, takes pride in its partnership with an fast growing business located in Northampton, offering a permanent position. The group finance manager oversees the financial activities and strategies of the entire organization, ensuring effective budgeting, reporting, and risk management practices are in place to drive sustainable growth and maximize shareholder value.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing the preparation of accounts for the Group's services, with reporting lines directed to the Group Commercial Finance Controller
* Preperation of Annual budget within the Group
* Generating precise weekly reports for the Group while analysing any unusual discrepancies compared to the previous week or budget, conducting thorough investigations as necessary
* Creating the monthly investor reporting pack, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency with finalized management accounts, and adhering to deadlines as per our reporting standards

Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Have experience of improving systems and processes
* Demonstrating robust leadership abilities to optimize team performance through coaching and supporting their professional development
