Are you a ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qulaified Group Finance Manager looking for a new interim oppertunity for a long term temp role.
Reporting to the Finance Director this role will encompass group accounting and hands on IT system experience. This involve working to move the current Sage 200 system to Cloud and support the consolidation of the group structure.
Key aspects of the post include:
- Development of the Systems Roadmaps for the finance organisation
- Manage the roll out and migration of management reporting
- Support the systems upgrade projects working with our suppliers and internal users.
- Provide training for new and existing users on our financial systems.
- Ensure adequate documentation is maintained and is available for our systems explaining processes.
- Maintenance of the Data mapping of charts of accounts between systems to ensure consolidated data can be adequately produced
- Managing and monitoring the key transactional processes (e.g. AP, AR, Payroll).
- Ensuring reconciliation of balance sheet accounts can be efficiently carried out a on a monthly basis, including bank accounts, inter company accounts, control accounts to sub-ledgers and supplier statements
- Support the accurate and timely preparation of annual financial statements in line with FRS102 (or equivalent) through system developments. Where necessary helping to produce information on CCH.
- Support the annual audit process and preparation of supporting schedules, reconciliations, and financial report
- Delivering/ presenting high standard financial and management reports (including the monthly management accounts) for the senior team and shareholders and providing insightful information to the business that will support decision making
- Develop BI Reporting and consolidation tools
