greenwellgleeson has been retained to recruit a Group Finance Controller for fast growing international group. The business pride themselves on being agile and a disruptor within the sector they operate in and are on course to break through the £1bn revenue barrier in the not-too-distant future. In this newly created role, the Group Controller will be the key point of contact within the UK and overseas business units on all financial reporting matters. The key duties in the role will include:-

* Production of the half year and full year consolidated accountants
* Supporting the monthly accounting and forecasting process
* Oversee the annual budgeting and business planning process
* Ownership of the cash flow forecasting
* Analysing regional and subsidiary performance and devise a new set of monthly board packs
* Improving controls and process and drive good governance across the group
* Strategically support the CFO in helping identify and grow international operations

To be considered for this role you will need to be:-
* Qualified account having ideally trained within a a large audit firm
* Experience working in a group role within an international group
* Technically excellent with a good understanding of IFRS and UK Gaap
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
