Group Accountant

This well-known hospitality group based in central London is looking to hire a Group Accountant due to growth plans. They have global presence, and the culture is fun, dynamic and inclusive. They are looking for someone that can help adding value to the finance team as well as the wider business.

Role

The Group Accountant has overall responsibility for consolidation of financial reports, statutory reports, audit preparation, system implementation, internal control maintenance. You will work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and get involved in driving improvement of overall reporting processes. In additions, you will participate in various department-wide initiatives. You will be reporting into Group Finance Director and working in a team of 7.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a few years of work experience in industry.

A 'can-do' attitude is required as well as experience within an international business. Sound knowledge of accounting standards i.e., IFRS, UKGAAP. Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to simplify complex problems and build solution are desired. This role will be mainly offering a hybrid working structure and the offices are based in central London.
