Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for transforming outdoor environments. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a CPCS-certified forward tipping dumper and a 360-degree excavator (under 10 tons).
  • Lay and level various types of paving, including block paving, concrete slabs, and natural stone.
  • Assist with groundworks, drainage, and excavation tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS card for dumper driving and excavator operation.
  • Proven experience in laying paving and block paving.
  • Familiarity with construction machinery and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality work.
