SALARY: Ranging between £24-28K

COMMISSION: OTE £35-45K year 1, £50-70K year 2, £85K+ year 3

THE ROLE - GRADUATE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Recruitment is a sales-focused role where hitting targets translates to earning potential. In this fast-paced recruitment environment, resilience is key to success. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Business Development: Engage in cold calling to cultivate new business opportunities, selling your services and handling rejection.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise LinkedIn for headhunting, craft compelling job adverts, screen referrals, and expand your professional network.

• Nurturing Relationships: Establishing trust is paramount in recruitment. Build trust with clients by showcasing your ability to find the perfect employee, and with candidates by matching them with their ideal roles.

• Persuasive Selling: Demonstrate to clients and candidates why you're the top choice among competitors. Pitch your candidates' profiles to clients, highlighting why they should invest time in interviewing them.

• Achieving Targets: KPIs will be set to drive performance. To advance within the company, earn commission, and enjoy incentives, you will need to consistently meet and surpass your targets.
